Who we are

Revision Mastery Series is operated by AGBMP, St Gallen, Switzerland (the “controller”).

What we collect

Registration enquiries. Whether the registrant is a parent or guardian, or a student aged 18 or over registering for themselves. Where a parent or guardian registers for a student, we collect their name, email address, telephone number and country of residence, plus the student’s first name, current stage, examination session, Mathematics course and level and (optionally) school. Where a student registers for themselves, we collect the same details for the student. We also record preferred cities and periods, and the consent choices.

Educator applications. Your name, contact details, country and city, employment status, role, school, subjects, years of experience, curricula and levels taught, availability, curriculum vitae, and a motivation statement; plus your consent choices.

Why we collect it

We use enquiry data to respond to you about the 2027 Revision Mastery Series and to plan which cities, periods and groups to run. We use application data to assess suitability for our educator network. We only use your details for marketing where you have separately opted in.

We use personal data only for the purposes described on this page. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except with the processors described below or where we are required to do so by law. We do not use personal data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Legal basis

We process your data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (responding to your enquiry or application), and on the basis of your consent for optional marketing.

Data minimisation

We collect only what is needed. Where a parent or guardian registers for a student, we hold the parent or guardian’s contact details and the student’s first name only — no student contact details, dates of birth or identification numbers. Where a student aged 18 or over registers for themselves, the student is the contact and consent record. Students under 18 should be registered by a parent or guardian.

Retention

Enquiries, applications and uploaded CVs are retained for 24 months by default and then deleted automatically.

Recipients

Personal data is processed by our hosting provider and, where email is used, by our email delivery provider. Uploaded CVs are stored outside the publicly accessible web directory and are only available to authorised administrators.

Server logs and hosting

Our hosting provider automatically records technical information in server logs, such as the browser and operating system used, the referring page, the internet protocol (IP) address and the time of access. This data is used for the secure operation of the website; it is not linked to individual people and is not evaluated unless there is suspected unlawful use of the website.

Security of form submissions

To detect and limit spam and abuse, each form submission is checked against a minimum completion time and a rate limit tied to a salted, non-reversible hash of the visitor’s IP address; the type of browser or device is also recorded. The raw IP address is never stored, and no usage profile of the visitor is built.

This website uses privacy-first, cookieless analytics and only strictly necessary cookies. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. See our Cookies page.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact us using the details below.

Children’s data

Where we hold data about a student under 18, the parent or guardian is the primary contact and consent-holder, and we only accept registrations for students under 18 from a parent or guardian. A student aged 18 or over may register and consent for themselves.
